We ask to avoid excessive noise and music between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.
SPA (Guests must take a shower before use)
Principal tenant must be at least 25 years old
No visitors allowed on the premises free of charge
Respect of the number of travelers in booking -We will charge 100$/night for each additional travelers (we could check with outdoor cameras)
DEPARTURE PROCEDURE
As a courtesy and in order to facilitate the interview, we ask you to ensure before your departure that you have:
-Wash and put away dishes
-Empty the trash
-Wash and dry used towels (avoid overloading the machines)
-Close windows and lock doors
-Bring back all food and beverage
